Return Time

Customers can return products within 14 days of receiving the product. Make sure the product is still in its original condition, has not been used, and the label is still attached.

Return Process

Contact our customer service by including proof of purchase and reason for return. After confirmation, send the product back to the address we provide. The product will be checked by our team. After the operation, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning products are borne by the customer. However, if the return is due to our error (for example, damaged or wrongly sent products), then the shipping costs will be borne by PartJahit.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is received and operated. The refund method will be in accordance with the initial payment method.

Products Cannot Be Returned

Discounted products, sale items, or custom products cannot be returned. Please check the product details before purchasing.
